The best thing you can do is take a picture of what you see, start a log of when it's happening and what's going on in your diet/life, and schedule an appointment with your doctor to talk about it.
This isn't a conclusive list of tests that may be done, but some that your doctor may try when you bring this up.
If the bleeding is severe and continues to worsen, along with other symptoms like fever, severe pain, vomiting, weight loss, or anything more concerning to you... call your doctor immediately to discuss the best next steps for you.
