In this episode we head out in search of Goliath Grouper. Usually Goliath Grouper are prohibited to harvest but FWC ran a lottery tag system for the harvesting of recreationally caught goliath grouper for 2023. My buddy Taylor was lucky enough to get a tag so we set out with the goal to catch clean and cook a goliath grouper in the 24"-36" slot size. We caught a bunch of Goliath grouper this day and fortunately got one that we were able to take back home and eat for dinner! We also battled bull sharks, permit, jacks, cobia and a few other species of fish! Enjoy!
