Season 1 Episode 19 "Game Changer"

Mitchell and Cameron are sleeping when Lily starts crying. Just as Mitch was about to attend to her, he hears what sounds like a man's voice. It is pretty scary. Mitchell wakes Cameron, who breaks out the bat and says "It's go time". But Mitchell freezes and when he enters the room, he takes a roll of newspaper with him. Turns out the radio picked up someone else's frequency.
