All you need is one kettlebell for this one. Well, one kettlebell and a lot of grit. This is a good workout to periodically test your progress.
Simply do this AMRAP once a month or so. Record how many rounds you get, and/or record the size bell you use.
1 x pop squat clean
1 x swing right
1 x swing left
1 x snatch right
1 x snatch left
Repeat for as many rounds as possible
For 10 minutes
