There was a delayed start onthis vid and my cousin that was filming said that i didn't ctc my first rep. So did 8 but the vid on shows 7.These were done after incline dumbell presses and decline barbell presses. It has been quite a while since Ive done these and again a can't go too deep of a stretch on them without riskig re straining my chest. I was kinda just getting moe bodybuilding type work in this workout to allow my body to kina deload from the heavy meet trainng.
