You'll need

500 g chicken (breast or thighs)
2 tbsp olive oil
Green peppers
Tomatoes
To Marinate;
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin

Here's how

1-To marinate: combine 2 tbsp of plain yogurt with 5 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of tomato paste, grated 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin in a bowl.
2- Cut 500 g of chicken breast or thighs into bite-sized pieces and mix with the marinade.
3- Marinate in the fridge minimum of 2 hours.
4- Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers alternating with tomatoes and green peppers.
5- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a grill pan and place the skewers on top.
6- Grill, turning skewers occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
7- These ingredients make 12 chicken skewers.
8- Chicken shish kebab is ready to serve. Enjoy!
