This is pure fiction. I've made this, there's not going to be a season 9 of Charmed.

Ok, this is kinda the storyline: For the sixth year of Prue's death, Piper attempt at all costs invoke the spirit of her sister. To do this, she does unimaginable things to get enough power to invoke her sister.
After that, she tells Phoebe that she has finaly invoked her oldest sister, and they lead Paige to meet Prue in person. Now, Prue is the newest spirit of the Halliwell family.
