Paul Stamets is a mushroom guru, the go to guy to learn anything about mushrooms. I read his book cover to cover as I have just recently gotten very interested in growing mushrooms. It is an in-depth coverage from the history of mushrooms, how other countries grow them, all about the different quirks and traits of each mushroom, the medicinal values, and even recipes! My favourite chapter was 21 where he talks about each conceivable mushroom one could grow and all the particulars about it, very very helpful information. This book gets a 5 star rating from me!
