Future factory walkthrough using simulation

This video presents a FlexSim simulation of a real factory through which the viewer walks while the purpose of the simulation is explained.
This purpose is to define the future work-in-process space requirements while taking into account the pull production planning method.
The FlexSim model used in the video is from a real project.
