I have completely switched off in myself 5 autoimmune conditions and a lifetime of other conditions and chronic illness and it's now what I do professionally with clients. True healing is having no protocols, no need for medications, no management, no limits. So I know what I'm saying when I talk about the place you need to be in to heal.

I work daily with clients 1:1 to get them back in balance and out of chronic illness, switching off autoimmunity and lifelong illness as I have done in myself. My process is called Compassionate Self-Healing and it is individualised and targeted which is what makes it extremely effective and efficient.

On my social media channels I aim to put out as much information as I can to help you try to access your own stored emotions which are at the heart of your body's physical and emotional imbalances. These techniques are not the same as Compassionate Self- Healing because by their nature of being on here they can't be individualised, but have their root in the same ethos- helping you release the stored emotions, the stored trauma that you may or may not be conscious that you are carrying.
