• Started with a nice Picanha from Costco and sliced into steaks.
• Trimmed some fat and kept a nice ¼” layer of fat cap.
• Seasoned with Glillaholics SPG for about 4 hours in advance.
• Centered the slices on the rotisserie rod in the center for even cooking.
• Placed on the Jack’s Frontgate Gas Grill Rotisserie.
• Was shooting for a grill temp of 320F degrees using the inferred burner only.
• Once it got close to 98F degrees on the Meater+, we checked it to see how it looked.
• When it got to about 115F we checked again.
• Pulled the steaks when it got to 120F degrees and let it rest.

Summary: Jack’s Frontgate Gas Grill Rotisserie did a great job. These choice picanha steaks from Costco were extremely tender and juicy! Only thing I would change is possibly cutting the steaks slightly thicker.

The Kyoku Chef Knife Roll Bag was much nicer than I was expecting. Really built very solid.
