This exploit works because the server can only contain 2048 objects (entities) at a time. Each sticky is an object, so if I place enough of them, the server will try to create a 2049th object which it responds to by crashing.

To get the OP Sticky Launcher, I used the tf2items SourceMod plugin and I used the host_timescale variable to speed up time.
