As you may know, it’s been a year since the islands started raising their prices. Saint Kitts was the first to double their price a year ago. We knew it was only a matter of time until all the other islands followed suit. Well, it happened today. The islands have released new donation requirements, and I’m here to share them with you.
The donation requirements used to vary between $100k and $150k for each island, and now they range from $200k to $250k.
Here’s the final cost for a single applicant, including the donation, all government fees, and the Plan B Passport fee:
🔸Saint Kitts: $291,000
🔸Antigua: $298,425
🔸Saint Lucia: $281,548
🔸Grenada: $319,000
Please note, 85% of the amount is paid at the very end of the process, about 7-8 months from now.
For a family of four, the prices are as follows:
🔸Saint Kitts: $401,100
🔸Antigua: $307,325
🔸Saint Lucia: $289,690
🔸Grenada: $330,000
Now, onto the good news. Antigua is officially raising the prices on July 31, meaning we have another 4 weeks to submit your application.
It was a pleasant surprise for us. We’ve been working overtime to submit every one of our clients before July 1st, even setting a record by submitting someone in 48 hours, only to find out we have another 30 days.
