Backcarry with a woven wrap,
I'm using a size 4 (which is a base-2 for me) around 3.8m long

Make sure to practice with a weighted doll (or a bag of rice alternatively)
Practice over a soft surface, preferably with a spotter.
Contact a babywearing educator for in person help if needed

If you don't feel confident trying a backcarry, practice frontcarries first! :)
