Hello everyone, welcome to a new video. Today we're testing one of the slowest systems ever seen on this channel. And believe me, I've tested a lot of slow ones, like the ancient Intel HD 3000 and HD 4000. None of these made me go crazy, but today's one came close to making me go insane. It's an honor for me to present you with the HP Stream 11 with an Intel Celeron N4020, Intel UHD graphics, and 4GB of RAM. My original intention behind creating this video was to show you 21 games that are running perfectly fine on this system. That's why I especially picked classic, low-demanding but still funny games that I thought would run perfectly fine on the Celeron N4020. But this thing very early in the testing showed me the harsh reality.
So up ahead, before seeing this video, I can only give you a warning, especially to parents, to not buy this system for their children to play any games. There are way, way better alternative products available on the market at around the same price point. 99% of systems on the second-hand market would outperform this system easily.
Yesterday, a young woman contacted me, saying she had bought a very similar system to this one, also a Celeron N from the 4th gen. It was a Celeron N4500. That's pretty much the same CPU like the one in this video, performance-wise. The only game she's wanted to play on this system has been The Sims 4. Guess what? This game ran at 10 FPS. It has been entirely unplayable. All in all, it has been a very bad purchase for the intended purpose. When things have gone wrong, there's also nothing I can do apart from telling her to give this system back as soon as possible. That's why I believe my videos are very important. To all you people out there who aren't buying systems that aren't good enough for their intended use.
So yes, all in all, you should see the video as a warning to not buy this system for gaming. Nevertheless, I think this video has become a very interesting one. I wish you all the best. Stay safe and have a great day. I'll hopefully see you all in the next one. Goodbye.
