Holy shite. Talk about biting off more than you can chew. This beast took me 4 months to get down and it is by far the most challenging cover I've attempted. Big stretches, really nasty transitions (especially during the solo), and the tempo didn't make things any easier. I approached this video a little differently and decided to leave in my mistakes rather than trying to get a perfect take. Learned by ear!

Note that I cut off the song a little early. The ending chord section goes on for another minute and a half or so before the song is over.
