A sculpture formed from poppies used in the celebrated Tower of London tribute has arrived at Fort Nelson in Hampshire. The evolving installation of 888,246 poppies, honours each British and Colonial soldier that died during the war. Penalty fines paid by banks over the Libor rate rigging scandal have funded the tour.
