Cooked chickpeas - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato - 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
Chopped green chillies - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1 full
Weight loss salad (CUCUMBER SALAD) ingredients :
Cucumber - 2 nos.
Green chilly- 2 nos.
