The war that was started by Azerbaijan towards Armenia, was stopped because Prime Minister of Armenia signed an agreement to give a big part of Kharabakh (Artsakh) to Azerbaijan. Many Armenians had to leave their homeland and homes behind, and to migrate. The situation didn't get better after the Russian peacemakers entered Artsakh. Azerbaijani soldiers still kidnap, kill and terrorise Armenian civilians, cutting heads of elderlies and young soldiers. They take hostages, and torcher them.
