Criminal breach of trust an offence often confused with criminal misappropriation of property is discussed in today's video.

Sections 405 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code dealing with the offence of criminal breach of trust and it's punishment are looked into with all the relevant case laws herein. It also lays down the difference between criminal misappropriation of property (Section 403 IPC) and criminal breach of trust (Section 405 IPC).
