Patrick Boland and Pat McCluskey are co-founders and Managing Directors of ANCA, the advanced manufacturing market-leader based in Bayswater North. Since commencing ANCA in 1974, the two Pats have steered ANCA's global growth to 1200 employees, almost 40 patent applications, and exports to more than 50 countries.

Under their leadership, ANCA is contributing to the ongoing development and application of local advanced manufacturing skills.
