Instant Garlic Pickle
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup peeled Garlic
1/2 cup Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Asafetida
1 cup Garlic
2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
4 tbsp Powdered Mustard Seeds
2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds powdered
1 tbsp Fennel Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Vinegar
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the asafoetida. As the asafoetida sizzles, add in the peeled garlic and the salt.
Mix well and allow to cook till the garlic turns soft, approx. 4 minutes.
Add in the turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and mix well. Switch off the heat and add in the mustard powder, fennel powder, fenugreek powder and mix well.
Add in 1tsp salt and the vinegar and mix well. Allow to cool and fill in sterilized Glass Jar.
The pickle is ready to eat instantly.
