We need to talk about CLASS 3 E-Bikes

Class 3 E-Bikes have been in a gray zone in regard to their legality on the roads in the U.S. When this article came out by Bicycle Retailer it started a discussion at the bike shop and really put a spotlight on how the technology is progressing faster than the laws. The last time an e bike was defined was in 2002. I am hoping these discussion will lead to a better definition of what you can and can't do with your bike.
