Dress Code 187 an emerging fashion consulting company is pleased to announce Nirvana 2015, our launch party and inaugural fashion event. Nirvana 2015 will debut during the kickoff of Art Prize weekend in Grand Rapids, MI. The event is a merger of fashion, art, spoken word poetry, dance and music. This event will feature a series of runway segments showcasing the original work of various Michigan fashion designers and design students. The goal of Nirvana 2015 is to provide a platform for Grand Rapids models, designers, wardrobe stylist and cosmetologist to showcase their talent.
The main event of the show involves three teams competing in a “Style Challenge”. Stylist will create various signature looks inspired by themed categories for models to wear as they rip the runway. Several vendors from the art, beauty and fashion industry will be present!
