In all her dark tumultuous, magestic somptuosity.
The primordial obscurity has always fascinated humans. It brings out the Wolf, the Owl and the dead but it is also a time of peace and contemplation.
From fascination to terror, Nyx is an inspirational primordial Goddess.

Among many tellings about Her, Hesiod says that she and her brother Erebus (the Darkness) are the first deities born of Chaos.
