Chicken Kebab Recipe at home, #ChickenKebab is one of the most loving dishes in India and they would prefer for its spicy and crispy tasty chicken. #Chicken is rich in protein source and tastier, beautiful texture and the juicy Kabab. This can be served along with rice, as a starter or evening snack.
Chicken Kebab Recipe Ingredients:
• Chicken: 500gm
• Chicken Kebab masala Powder; 3 tbsp
• Salt: 2tbsp
• Red Chilli Powder: 2tbsp
• Ginger Garlic paste: 2tbsp
• Curd: 1/2 cup
• Egg 1
Making Procedure For Chicken Kebab Recipe:
1. Wash and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl, add the chicken pieces, kebab Masala powder, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and curd mix well.
3. Then add a beaten egg to the mixture and mix well until chicken pieces coated finely and let it marinate for at least 30mins.
4. Now heat oil in Kadai gently mixing the chicken pieces again and drop one by one piece into the hot oil.
5. Cook on low to medium flame by stirring occasionally until the chicken gets golden brown colour.
6. It might take around 7 – 10 mins on low to medium flame. Drain the pieces on to a kitchen towel to get rid of excess oil.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney, tomato ketchup or raitha.
Cooking Tips Of Chicken Kebab Recipe:
1.Do not reduce the heat to very low because the chicken coating will get soggy and too high
flame makes the pieces hard.
2.You can add corn flour as an egg substitute for a vegetarian version.
3.Sprinkle a little lime juice for best taste.
