The following are the steps that you are required to take under Coinbase's terms of service if you want to sue the company in arbitration:
Step 1: Submit an informal dispute through Coinbase's online portal.
Step 2: Wait until Coinbase answers or 45 business days elapses.
Step 3: File an arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, or AAA. The consumer arbitration rules will apply to the arbitration.
