A student shares his journey from having thoughts of suicide, to reaching out for help, to recovery.
In September 2022, with financial support from the Government of Saskatchewan, the University of Saskatchewan launched a suicide prevention and response strategy to help post-secondary students who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, who are supporting someone experiencing thoughts of suicide, and students impacted by a suicide loss.
The strategy focuses on supporting students across the province, in all post-secondary environments. It includes a suicide prevention, intervention and postvention toolkit and a suicide prevention awareness campaign. [ Ссылка ]
