Given the atrocities committed in Misrata, Benghazi, Tripoli and in other brutally occupied towns and villages of Libya the option of allowing the brutal rebels to conquer the rest of pro-Gaddafi population centers is inconceivable -- there is now only one option -- and that option is to stop inhuman bombing of whatever left of "rebel terror" Libya.
But, Mr Anders Fogh Rasmussen and other bloodthirsty NATO leaders do not agree and the atrocities we feared are unfolding.
From the start of the Libyan rebellion, not only government loyalist, but also black people in Libya have been attacked and lynched by rebel mobs. This has been known by human rights groups and the United Nations as well as by the intelligence agencies, military forces, media and political leaders in the NATO countries -- but they have generally kept a lid on it because it does not suit the narrative.
It does not suit the narrative to find NATO sponsored rebel mobs targeting government employees, soldiers and any black people, lynching them and ethnically cleansing whole areas of Libya now occupied by NATO sponsored traitors.
Some human rights Investigations has documented that these lynchings even happened at rebel HQ in Benghazi.
An independent reports say that any area in Libya known to have supported or supports Gaddafi has reportedly been bombed by NATO or been subjected to homes and apartments being burned and looted.
With Sirte, Sabha and Beni Walid being amongst the last areas still flying the green flag high, the rebels claim to be giving these a deadline before they resort to a "military response", implying that in the meantime, a non-military avenue will be pursued. Yet again, the media fail to highlight the hypocrisy that the rebels' master, NATO, has been openly bombing these areas.
As in Zlitan, Zawiya and elsewhere, the same NATO and rebels atrocities as those committed in Tripoli, are being carried out in Beni Walid and Sirte . . .
The reports of racial atrocities have reached the mainstream western media, the story has been that the victims are "African mercenaries" despite plenty of evidence to the contrary. It is widely known that Gaddafi's opponents deeply loathed his rhetoric and policies in support of Black Africa.
Human rights workers on the ground have reported that the widespread allegations of African mercenaries have little or no basis in fact -- but this information has been suppressed and the fears of African mercenaries, extremely useful to the rebel side, have been whipped up by the Western media and NATO politicians such as UK Defense Secretary Liam Fox.
The rebel commander in Misrata was very busy with mission to ethnically cleanse Tawergha, the town to the south of Misrata occupied mainly by dark-skinned people -- months later that object seems to have been achieved with direct air support from NATO -- yet another alliance's war crime been ignored by Amnesty International.
The entry of the rebel brigade from Misrata -- which the Wall Street Journal reports calls itself the "brigade to purge black skin, slaves" into Tripoli, enabled by NATO, led to inevitable round-ups of black people, massacres and abuses of human rights including the slaughter of patients in the Abu Salim hospital.
It has now become clear that the Al Qaeda /Ku Klux Klan types who have taken over in Tripoli, and the rebels generally, are not as welcoming to human rights workers, UN observers and the whole panoply of western intervention as it appeared they might be when they were primarily concerned with spreading pro-rebel propaganda.
It is to be hoped that information about devastating NATO bombings and rebel violent crimes does not continue to be suppressed, reports delayed, excuses found and the black people in Libya betrayed.
The full coverage of rebel racist crimes is essential to protect the population of Libya and also because many black people in Libya live in the south of the country. It is the south (including Sabha in Fezzan) that will be attacked by NATO and the rebels in the coming weeks. Racist atrocities will follow and public pressure on the decision-makers has to be mobilized t prevent more horrific war crimes happened in devastated Libya .
