Unfortunately, this type of addiction can become habitual, to the point that we are almost unaware most of the time that we are even smoking! So, let's talk about MINDLESS SMOKING. We'll discuss what it is, and furthermore how to deal with it. Most of the cigarettes we consume are out of HABIT, not because of the normal excuses we use for smoking. It's time we deal with that part, which should effectively help us cut down a lot on our dirty little habit.
