Nal Hutta, or simply as Hutta, is the capital of Hutt Space located in the Y'Toub system. The planet is controlled by the ruling Hutt families, who also rule its moon Nar Shaddaa from Nal Hutta. The powerful families control competing crime cartels that operate across the galaxy.

What a horrible place to visit. I vote we get back to the spaceport...
