Today I’m talking about a new topic since 2015 that I have unknowingly been doing for years. When I do my line drawings with different shapes and colours all over the page, I zone out and feel so relaxed. If I’m stressed, it frees my mind. Well there’s a Dr. Sc Pavel Mikhailovich #Piskarev from Russia who studied and discovered theirs a name for this method of drawing and relaxation called, #Neurographic Art. It’s free form drawing in a #subconcious state of #mindfulness. You don’t have to be an artist to experience the healing properties of this technique, just draw lines and curves, intersect lines with circular shapes and add lots of colour. You will be amazed at how good you feel, how freeing it is. Sometimes if I have a headache or feel blah, I do neurographics and feel so much better.
