Mango Graham Polvoron
Ingredients
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Crushed Graham
1/2 cup Powdered Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Melted Butter
Dried Mangoes
Chocolate Coated Candy
Dried Mango
Small Candy
(You can also use , colorful sprinkles, nips and peanut etc....)
Procedure
1. Toast flour in a pan over medium low heat until light brown. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Transfer the toasted flour into a bowl and let it cool.
2. In a bowl combine toasted flour, crushed graham, powdered milk and sugar. Mix. Add melted butter. Mix well.
3. Divide mixture into three equal portion. Add dried mangoes, chocolate coated candy into the mixture.
4. Fill the polvoron mold with the mixture, press it hard by using spoon to make it compact, then release it into a plate. Chill in the ref for 30 minutes to firm. And its ready to be wrap in colorful cellophane.
Yields: 56 pieces
