Did you know making cheese foam at home is easy?
This recipe is one of my current addictions.. I love adding it to green tea and oolong tea!
Recipe(2-3 servings)
🧀 2 oz cream cheese
🧀 1 Tbsp sugar or to taste
🧀 2 oz or 1/4 C heavy cream
🧀 2 oz or 1/4 C milk
🧀 a pinch of salt
Add everything in a bowl and use a stand mixer to mix everything until cream cheese is fully incorporated and there are no lumps. Set aside and top it on any drink you want (green tea, oolong, milk tea, coffee)
