Hi Walkers, for today's Mall Series video entry, let's walk inside the mall beside MRT-3 Magallanes and the most popular mall in the area. Alphaland Southgate Mall is strategically located at the corner of EDSA and Pasong Tamo and is equally accessible from Makati’s business and high-end residential districts. It is a 20-storey modern structure clad in glass, connected to an MRT terminal, arising from a six-storey podium with ample parking and a shopping mall. The tower has a total of 36,000 square meters of leasable space. One floor template of space ranges from 300 to 5,500 square meters. Furthermore, the entire complex features the biggest LED billboard in the country, triple redundant broadband access and PEZA accreditation.
