I'm delving into Alison Roman's cookbook, Dining In, and making this delicious mushroom pasta recipe. Many kinds of mushrooms, brown butter and buckwheat groats (for crunch) come together to make a satisfying, hearty bowl of pasta.

The cherry on the top? A super fresh, raw egg yolk that creates a luscious sauce for everything. I was a little suspicious at first too, but you have to try it to appreciate it! Of course, you can skip the egg yolk if you want. It'll still be a great bowl of pasta.
