Newark Fire Department responded to this location for a report of house fire. 16 firefighters responded on the initial assignment. The working fire assignment brought an engine from Granville FD. 2 additional engines and 1 additional medic unit was requested due to the amount of fire, and extensive knee walls and attic space which contributed to fire spread. Newark Twp. FD and Madison Twp. FD provided that assistance.
