Anthony and Christopher Logan Drapeau are charged with disorderly conduct, battery and criminal damage to property, all with a hate crime modifier.

Anthony was given a $400 cash bond, while Logan was given a $2,500 signature bond. The Drapeau brothers are accused of attacking a man based solely on his race. The fight was caught on cellphone and a clip of it was posted online. In it are racial slurs, death threats, punches and chokeholds.
