KATIE HOPKINS has launched a seething attack on protesters who participated in the Women's March across the world on Saturday as she blasted they should “get over themselves”.
The #LBC host tore into the millions of women who took to the streets to protest against Donald Trump's inauguration as 45th President of the United States.
Hopkins' fury was sparked after one caller, named David, said Prime Minister, Theresa May should remember she is first and foremost a female when she meets with the Republican President on Friday.
Utterly cross with the idea that the British Prime Minister should put her gender ahead of her job, the #LBC host unleashed a jaw-dropping tirade.
Hopkins asked the caller: “David, do you think Theresa May should feel that she is a woman first, is that really what her job is? I thought she was our Prime Minister, correct me if I’m wrong.”
“Facts are facts,” he David answered promoting the savage rant.
Hopkins roared: “Oh for goodness sake David, I can’t stand all this ‘being a woman’ thing. What is it with people? Even men David, I use that term loosely with you Sir, but even men now saying Theresa May needs to remember she is a woman first, I’m sick of it.
“I’m sick of people wanting something because they’re a woman. You know what, I don’t want anything because I’m a woman. I only want something, I only want to be recruited on merit. I only want to be paid on performance, I only want to be rewarded on results and you know what, if I’m no good I want to be sacked.
“If people don’t want to listen to me, sack me tomorrow for goodness sake and put people out of their misery. I do not want anything because I’m a woman.
“I don’t want an all female shortlist, I don’t want quotas, I don’t want anything that smacks of favouritism because I was born with a certain chromosome and not another.”
Hopkins also lashed out at females for protesting against President Trump as she snapped that women do have equality and they needed to get over themselves.
“And I am sick of people marching because they are women, protesting because they are women and thinking the first thing Theresa May needs to speak about with Donald Trump is the fact that she is a woman,” Hopkins continued.
“Get over yourselves, stop acting like the world owes you a favour, stop acting like you don’t have equality because you do. Stop having a chip on your shoulder and get out there.
“Ok you’re not a man, doesn’t matter. Be as good as the next person, be better than your peers, ask for more money if you deserve it but do not come at me and tell me you matter because you’re a woman or because you have a vagina.
“Frankly, I’m not interested. Ok, now I’m cross.”
The furious rant came after about 100,000 protesters marched on London on Saturday to demonstrate against the 45th President of the United States of America.
The London march was one of hundreds taking place across the globe to highlight the billionaire’s misogynistic comments, allegations of racism and his refutation of climate change.
