Go ahead and take the insole out of your current shoes and step on it. Do your toes spill over the edges? Then guess what? They are too narrow for you. If your shoes are too narrow and the soles are not zero drop (no difference in elevation from the toe to the heel), then you’re squishing those beautiful toesies day in and day out! Think you’re ok because you are in “regular” sneakers? We’ve got news for you, you’re not!🤔
Check out Coach Katie’s strong, muscular feet. 💪 They got that way from strengthening barefoot and in barefoot shoes. Toe spacers help counteract those years of smashing our feet into cowboy boots, high heels, dress shoes, narrow sneakers, etc. etc. etc.! 😩
