You may think terrorists are poor, religious men, but terrorism extends far beyond that. The Tamil Tigers, a secular organization, conducted the most suicide attacks in history and often used women as operatives. And while terrorism occurs most frequently in relatively poor countries, it occurs less frequently in the *poorest* of countries, and operatives tend to be relatively well-off compared to a country's population as a whole.
