Kerala style squid Tawa grill and Butter garlic squid
Squid 1 kg
Cut the squid as shown in the video
For Kerala style tawa grill
Marinade
Small pieces of ginger
10 to 12 garlic cloves
Lime 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder 2 tsp
Spicy chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
1 1/2 tbs Coconut Oil
Grind all these in a mixer grinder, and marinate 1/2 kg squid 30 minutes, Then on cast iron pan add coconut oil, when the pan is really hot add squid in batches, stir continuously for 2 minutes, on high flame . Garnish with curry leaves
Butter garlic squid
1/2 kg squid
Butter
Olive oil
Minced garlic 1/2 cup
Pepper
Lime juice
Salt
Rock salt and chopped parsley for garnish
First add olive oil , then add butter , once the pan is hot enough add minced garlic. Saute until it soften then add squid rings
Cook on high flame for two minutes, add salt and lime juice, garnish with parsley, pepper and rock salt
