Every 60’s and 70’s Hot Wheels Redline has a variety of issues about the condition of the paint and the metal beneath. A very serious issue is TONING. Toning is what happens when the shinny metal is not protected from exposure to the air. Just like when you polish a brass decoration and then put it out for display, slowly the shine will fade. What makes this frustrating is that when you shine bright lights on the car you will not be able to see the toning so what you think you are getting may not be to the standards that you had in mind when bidding or buying.
