In this video I make authentic Greek Lamb Kofta Kebabs.

Kofta kebab  is one of the most popular dishes in Greece, served in every tavern and for good reason. To prepare a traditional lamb kofta kebab recipe, the minced meat is seasoned with many different herbs and spices and it tastes like heaven.

Greek Lamb Kofta recipe:

500g lamb mince
1 brown onion, finely diced
1 handful parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
3 crushed garlic cloves
