I used to think I hated radishes. They've got an intense flavor that's pretty hard to pair with anything but salad, and if you don't like salad you can feel like your SOL on radish-eating. But last year, I sat down in a restaurant that served me an appetizer dish with radishes that I would've never expected; I tried it out of curiosity and was blown away! This is hands-down the best way to eat radishes in my opinion.
