NCP President Sharad Pawar said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wanted to work together, but he turned down the proposal. Pawar said this in an interview to a local channel in Maharashtra. Pawar said this when he was asked that Shiv Sena quit the BJP after rejecting the demand for the post of Chief Minister and joined hands with NCP-Congress to form the government.
