This 2-Ingredient souffle bread by @lilsipper
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups full fat greek yogurt (I used 5% Fage)
Optional Mix-ins:
Jalapenos🌶️
Sliced olives🫒
Shredded cheese🧀
Or all the above!
Method:
Separate egg yolks from whites and whip whites until peaks form. Set aside. Mix egg yolks and yogurt together, then gently fold in the egg whites and any mix-in you are using (don’t over mix). Transfer mixture into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes at 340 F. Allow to cool before slicing.
