The other day at the RV storage yard I was puttering around the RV. While doing a few things I found almost everytime I touch a piece of the RV's exposed metal I felt a tingle.
If I was plugged in I would have thought it was an electrified chassis causing something known as Hot Skin Effect.
I checked it with my non-contact voltage tester and sure enough, the rig was hot!

I also measured 148 VAC with my multimeter.
After much head scratching, I finally noticed the overhead high tension power transmission lines. They are 110,000 volt lines and were powerful enough to induce the voltage into my RV frame.
Mystery solved.
