Get your groove on and do chair exercises! A fusion of YGTP - Yoga, Groove, TaiChi, Pilates and breathing techniques, all done sitting in a chair. First, we'll release muscle tension in the neck and shoulder area as we answer the question, What is groove? Then, we'll focus on breathing techniques to relax you. Tai Chi/Qigong movements, Yoga stretching, with Pilates to tone your abdominal muscles at your waistline. Don't be fooled by the chair, it is a good support but this wellness break is quite the workout!
