Since 2013, Lindsay has been a dedicated professional in the addiction recovery field, which has spilled over into her spare time, where she is active on social media, inspiring others through engaging conversations. Lindsay started her own YouTube Podcast focused on addiction and recovery content in hopes of helping anyone affected by addiction of any type. Lindsay believes in the approach of person-centered therapy. Lindsay is a firm believer in individualized treatment using many pathways.
